Marvel Duel is a card game that features two modes of play: single-player and PvP. The story mode lets players control Iron Man, whereas the PvP mode allows them to choose between Thor or Iron Man. In either mode, players can use Iron Man's jet boosters to mitigate damage and Thor's magic hammer to summon lightning and cause significant damage. By default, card games don’t typically contain many customization options for their characters. However, this isn’t the case for Marvel Duel— as it features more than standard card games.

Players should care more about the cards in this game

Card games rarely focus on the visuals of the arena. Instead, they emphasize the battles represented by impressive short films. The intense lighting and sounds in these films add an incredible element of realism to the fights. This is because superhero cards have special powers that can be strong or weak.
